I have recently taken an intensive six-week course in Contemporary Couture Embroidery at Hand and Lock, an embroidery house established in 1767 and producing work for high fashion, the British monarchy and Savile Row. This course has furnished me with a range of new skills in goldwork and beading, and I am thoroughly enjoying using these in my new pieces. My current work is focussed on biology and nature.
